Hufflepuff

Next to the kitchen there's where we dwell,
the house elves will give us food without a spell.
If you for someone nice and friendly look,
you just need to find a very cozy nook.

One that is tinted with the color yellow,
no need to worry for we are all mellow.
The yellow is accompanied by black,
and will never stab you in your back.

The green is against the difference in blood,
for the blue you need to be immensely smart,
for the red you must dangerous places seek,
and they all think the yellow one is the freak?

The noble Helga said when it was her turn,
"I will teach every student that wishes to learn,
and I will treat them all just the same,"
that was how she gave the badgers her name.

We all know that hard work pays the most,
and we never really liked much to boast.
our achievements might be rather small,
but we won't stay long fallen once we fall.

If you want someone you can easily trust,
to us you can turn for we are loyal and just.
So you see in this house I belong,
any other one would for me be just wrong.
